Sometimes things do come together...
Have been fretting about letters of recommendations for the externships I want to apply for for this summer (mostly because I put off doing my resume so long that I'm rather late asking for them), but Dr. Flaherty managed to rattle one off in an afternoon and spoke to Dr. MacEachern and she promised hers by the end of the week! Now I just have to write my letter of intent and send off all this paperwork to California.
Also, there's a presentation next week by Vets Go Wild, a vet organization in South Africa, about possible externship opportunities down there, so I'm going to look into that. (Because that would be beyond awesome, no?)
Now just need to remember to phone the two large animal vet clinics I have the numbers for to set up that...
So much stress!
