Emmy dresses

There weren't that many dresses that totally blew me away (at least from the Yahoo pics I was checking out). So most of these will be in the "fug" category. So much fun!
Here are the dresses I liked. The first one was actually voted in the worst dressed list on Yahoo. WHHAAAAT?!?!? Ok, it may not be on everyones best list- but worst?!? Come on. I thought the decorative neck piece was gorgeous. In the second pic I think Porcia de Rossi's (sp??) dress was really unique, cool, and perfect for a woman with no boobies.
And now, let the fugging begin....
Apparently this year things occurred in twos. Don't ask me why, it just turned out that way.
These two just look like Hildy designed a room on Trading Spaces. It's like someone glued on feathers and cheap 70's/80's ruffles onto the dresses. Me no like.
These two are the empire waist dress with TOO much crap going on down below. It's like they're being swallowed alive by their dresses.
Finally, I like to call these two "My hairdresser secretly hates me... or is blind" Which is worse, the '80's side pony-tail' or the 'tornado passed through my updo' look??
To end the post on a positive note: a know the first cousin of this dude from heros. Well, she's a friend of a friend and I've met her a few times. He's HOT!!!
