Business Lunch Restaurant Recommendations?

Next week, I am meeting with a German company president and his PR guy, both from out of town and flying in in part for this interview, to conduct a lunch interview for a story I'm writing. I don't work in the Loop, so I don't often have lunch in the neighborhood.

I am trying to find a lunch place in the Loop or nearby that's favorably reviewed, "safe", and not too extreme on the cost spectrum. Oh, and not too loud and crazy, as I will be using a handheld recorder to capture the interview. Here are the places I came up with, using Yelp and Zagat:
