The Kennedy is down to one lane northbound because of a construction accident that damaged the pavement. The eastbound Ike ramp leading to the northbound Kennedy is closed, the westbound Congress ramp to the northbound Kennedy is closed, and the Kennedy's northbound Taylor Street exit ramp is closed as well.
