Sleeping in is for square, or how to annoy a neighbor in 10 days
How loud does something have to be to file a noise complaint? And/or would the police actually respond to something like that?
The apartment below me has had his TV or stereo on 24/7 since I moved in in September. I am not exaggerating.
It varies in volume, and how bad it is from my apartment, but you can always hear it in the hallway, and right now the thumping bass is particularly aggravating...

I've heard my neighbors complain about him before, and several of them have tried to confront him. I'm assuming the only way he'll stop is if he gets his ass fined.
