My sister and I made awesome plans for this weekend in Chicago (Celtic fest, a Chinese fest and something i can't remember) All outside things that would be mostly free. It's looking like it's going to rain and thunder (according to weather.com) all weekend. We need fun/cheap things. (she's 26 and living near University of Chicago and I'm 24 if that helps. ) What can we do if the rain keeps us from going to these things?
