Looking for a roommate

I'm relocating to Chicago January 1st, and I'm furiously scrambling around trying to find a place to stay and a roommate. I've been looking at Wicker Park, Bucktown, and the Lincoln Park areas primarily since I need to commute downtown to attend classes a couple nights a week. I actually may be moving to Maine Jan 1st for nursing school, so if you would want to take over my lease you could:) I live in Uptown near the Sheridan and Wilson stops and it takes me about 30 minutes to get downtown every morning for work.

My apt is a studio though, not a 2BR so I don't know how you'd feel about living alone. My building is all young people our age though so you'd have plenty of friends.

Hey, I have a friend who I believe is looking for an apartment right now. D'you mind if I get details of your unit to forward to her? I think she's looking for something cheap though, but I'm not sure what her price range is.

Your icon is cute. Thanks for the suggestion I'd really like to try and find a roommate though. If not I'll keep this idea in mind.
