Grey's Anatomy: "Don't ever die." "I'll work on that." BURKETINA 4EVAR! Cristina and Burke have the best relationship on the show, still. Shockingly, I didn't hate Meredith this episode. One minus is that the writers seem to be bringing in angst for Dr. Bailey. Miranda Bailey is ABOVE angst. Bailey stares down angst and makes it apologize for being whiny. Bad writers!

Inuyasha manga chapter 474: This arc promised so much WAFF that I was all angry that Rumiko Takahashi dropped the squish ball (seriously, there needed to be a hug or something), but then I remembered what happened at the end of Ranma 1/2 and was grateful we got that glance at the end. Also, I think reading too much fanfiction has warped my sense of canon.

Naruto anime: Why hasn't your filler ended yet? I don't know if I'll even come back when you do finally do the time warp.

The Amazing Race: It's back on! It's back on! I missed it this weekend (because we dashed Up North to take in the dock) and had to download it, which took forever, but it's back on and not the Family Edition and I don't hate anyone yet. Except the homophobic dad. *hugs show* I'll probably have a longer, more coherent write-up later.

Stephen Sondheim: For some reason, I've been on a Broadway kick recently, and he's the best there is. *fangirls madly* *also fangirls Patti LuPone and George Hearn* ETA: OMG, Neil Patrick Harris can sing. And it's official: I have to find this DVD.

The Colbert Report: This is the funniest thing I have seen all week.

The Daily Show: So apparently there used to be a segment called "Even Stevphen" where Steve Carell and Stephen Colbert would debate. A typical exchange:"Next question: yes or no?"
"Yes!"
"No!"
"YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!"
The perfect summary of "talk news."

Manga backlog: Nana, Goong, Gokusen, and Aoi Hana.

Anime backlog: Much, much worse. *groans*

sondheim, the colbert report, the amazing race, the daily show, anime: naruto, broadway, inuyasha, grey's anatomy
