Just spilled coffee on my brand new keyboard. Oh well, I guess it's bound to happen sooner or later.
"Science can't explain it, but soft drinks and coffee are undeniably attracted to computer keyboards."-www.ehow.com
Now that I think about it, it's actually a long time coming...being me, after all. It just sucks that I had to spill banoffee coffee on a keyboard I just recently bought. In the words of Yamashita Tomohisa, "the pull of gravity sure is strong today".
Very strange, but I guess what's even stranger is me typing a blog entry using an on-screen keyboard. I have nothing else to do on this stormy day-is my excuse.
I had to open up the keyboard and clean it. If the chips didn't get fried by sticky liquid, it should work fine when it dries out by morning or so a techie guide claims.
I just now realized that IT techies are the most helpul people in the world. All I have to do whenever I have a computer problem is search the net and voila(!), a bunch of helpful techie entries appear with their tips. Hats off to those guys! The tips don't always work and they even mess up my system at times but I do appreciate their effort.
Now enough of my random chatter. My forefinger is starting to hurt. I think I'll just have another cup of coffee.
