i'm tired, and the idiots surround me.... work was very very long today... it was like everyother customer was bitchy or difficult... oy... there was this one guy calling in a phone order for classes, and he was really cranky that he had to pay for the class to be sure he had a spot in the class. then, when i finnally get him straightened out and he is telling me who will be taking the classes he gives me a name and then i say "what is her phone number?" automatically. it turns out that the name he gave me was his, though from the way he had been talking earlier, it sounded like he was signing up someone else. also keep in mind 96 percent of our customers are female, and i have only ever seen guys in a class once in the six months i've been working there. thats less than 1 percent. so she is kinda automatic for me, nothing personal. this guy goes off on me! i try to appologize, but he just keeps yelling at me for like five minutes. ugh... and there were others, but i didn't deal with them...
on the plus side though, i don't have to work tomorrow, so i will be able to spend nearly the whole day doing homeowork. and i can go see my kiddies preform at the porter dinning hall at 1 or at 3, depending on which time i go to...
so that makes me happy...
