Ryutaro was ecstatic when Daiki had called him up to invite him on a trip on a boat. "To see the nice view of the ocean and smell the fresh air," or so Daiki had told him of the reason. It was going to be only them two and Ryutaro couldn't help but be nervous. He had hopes that Daiki had liked him, too or else why would the older boy invite him anyways?

So now he was on the boat with Daiki sitting next to him on the deck who was looking at the ripples of the water. A breeze of wind blew his hair gently and Ryutaro's heart pounded at the sight. His breath got caught in his throat and it wasn't until Daiki turned that he whipped his head to the ground.

"What were you looking at?" Daiki asked, poking his ticklish side.

Ryutaro squeaked and smacked his hand away. "Leave me alone. It's nothing," he answered quickly, raising his head to get a view at the sky and seagulls flying around.
The younger boy shifted his eyes to the right, to see what Daiki was up to. He didn't want to admit that maybe it was an excuse to get a glance at him. But his heart almost leapt out as he saw Daiki focused on him.

"Ryutaro..."

"Y-yeah?" Ryutaro stuttered out as Daiki leaned closer to him. His heart was pounding against his chest as his back brushed against the wooden board with Daiki hovering over him. Ryutaro noted both of Daiki's arms settling beside his head. Daiki's eyes were unreadable with a serious expression.

"Wh-what are you trying to do?!" Ryutaro cried out, trying to cover up his embarrassment. Truthfully he was more than happy to be in this position but he didn't want to let Daiki see his flushing cheeks, which were burning furiously.

"Ryutaro... I have a strange sensation in the pit of my stomach..." Daiki said, his face not faltering at all. "I dunno if it's from looking at you or..."

Ryutaro swallowed hard at the proximity of them both and murmured, "Dai-chan, I f-feel the same way, too..." He never felt so happy before, hearing Daiki's subtle confession.

Daiki's face moved closer and Ryutaro subconsciously fluttered his eyes closed, awaiting for the thing he always wanted to happen.

Nothing happened for a while as he opened his eyes to see Daiki covering his mouth and then getting off him, heading for the cabin.

Ryutaro was confused as to what just occurred. After a few minutes, Daiki came out, panting. He rushed over to see Daiki's face pale. "What's wrong, Dai-chan?" he asked, worried as he placed his palm against Daiki's forehead.

Daiki laughed as he made a weird face. "What's wrong with you today, Ryutaro? You seem all caring and affectionate all of a sudden."

Ryutaro frowned as he held onto Daiki's arm.

"You must be worried about me huh? You must've known what happened?" Daiki ruffled Ryutaro's hair. "The unusual feeling in my stomach? Yeah, it was actually motion sickness." Daiki laughed some more. "Nothing to be worried about now. Took some medicine and I feel much better now!"

"...Motion sickness...?" Ryutaro's heart felt like it had broken into two pieces. He had never felt so humiliated in his life! Here, he had poured in all his feelings and thought that Daiki had felt the same way. And instead... Ryutaro could feel tears welling up in his eyes and he held them back. "IDIOT!" he yelled at Daiki before stomping away.

"Wait up!" Daiki called out after him, most likely confused.

Ryutaro wiped away incoming tears with his arm and ran away from Daiki. He cursed the fact that they were on a boat and dashed into the cabin, making his way into the restroom. But Daiki had somehow managed to catch up to him and grabbed onto his wrist tightly.

"Let me go!" Ryutaro protested, struggling. "Go away! I hate you!"

Eventually, Ryutaro found himself against the wall and that was when he knew he had nowhere to run to. Especially since Daiki had both his arms at the sides of Ryutaro's head like earlier.

"What do you want?!" Ryutaro exclaimed, trying to cover up the fact that he was so nervous yet still angry. Daiki was beginning to be way too close for comfort.

"Do you like me?" Daiki bluntly asked, their faces just inches apart.

How did Daiki even come up with that conclusion? Ryutaro felt his cheeks warming up as he replied back with a firm, "NO!" He knew he was lying but he couldn't handle a second rejection. His pride had gotten in his way and he didn't want to be hurt again. He used his hands to try to push away Daiki but the BEST member merely wouldn't budge.

"Are you sure? Then why did you run away from me?!" Daiki stared hard at him and Ryutaro had to look away.

"B-because...! I'm sure I don't. So stop being conceited. I don't even like y-" He was cut off when Daiki had forced a kiss onto him.

In shock, his mind went blank for a brief second. When that second was over, reality came crashing in as he renewed his struggles.

Daiki managed to somehow pin his wrists above his head with one hand and continued on with the kissing.

Ryutaro could feel Daiki smirk in the kiss and pulled away so they both could catch their breaths.

"Are you sure you don't like me?" Daiki questioned again, playing with Ryutaro's hair.

Ryutaro turned his head away, shaking and blushing at the same time.

"Oh really? Your actions are different from your words," Daiki slyly said, brushing their lips together for a brief moment

"Shut up," Ryutaro murmured. "What was up with that motion sickness crap?"

Daiki grinned as he whispered in Ryutaro's ear. "I lied about that."

"..." Ryutaro was thinking about resorting in hitting Daiki but apparently he knew what he was thinking since the older boy's lips strayed over his parted lips. He decided that that didn't matter at all as he pulled Daiki in for another kiss.
