Sometimes all a girl needs is a little puss

I'm feeling significantly better than I did yesterday, and that's primarily thanks to my Kitty, Fenster. I did a good amount of unpacking yesterday so I don't have too much else to do. I ended up going to sleep around 1 or 2 aaaaaaaaaand woke up at about 9..... Hooray for me. So I went up to the bathroom and Fenster was unsettled, as he usually is when no one's around. When I came back down I brought him with me. He wandered around for a while then came up on the bed (well... fold out... but same difference). He's been hanging out with me for about 2 hours now, sleeping next to my head for about 1. They say petting a cat is good for your health, Fenster is a great cat, he makes everyone smile. Any time I stopped petting him he'd look at me for a second then shove his head into my hand. Hanging out together has made both of us feel better.

Typing just got very awkward... I'm laying down with Fenster across my lap and my keyboard on my chest... not the most comfortable thing ever.

In other news: I was able to apply for a sales position at Walgreens online, haven't heard from them today but I'll call the store tomorrow. Here's hoping I get a job there... since there isn't much else in walking distance.
