So... meme time! :D It's really funny, because yesterday I was kind of bored and I wanted to do a meme and then suddenly people started to post memes! XD

● WATANUKI KIMIHIRO
Yes, Watanuki gets two images and his own tag, because he's special.
So. What does Watanuki mean to me? Well... I don't think there is any other anime/manga character that can relate to me as good as he does. He is the male version of me, just as I am the female version of him. We are so similar in many ways. We are both impulsive and we usually care more about our friends than ourselves and then we feel a bit guilty when we make our friends worry about us. When we're mad at someone or angry we always yell and flail, but we can't stay mad for very long. Even if we act like we don't like doing something for someone, we do it anyway. We don't want others to worry about us, but then we feel kind of pleased that someone cares for us. We always stand up for our friends whenever they're in danger or in trouble. We want to help people if we can, even if they're complete strangers. And we have many other things in common that would be too long to list.
I feel very close to this character. I felt close to him since I read the very first volume of xxxHolic and then, as the manga went on, I grew more and more attached to him. I actually found myself crying when he cried after he realized that Doumeki cared for him.
I love this character. If he was real, we'd get along really well. We'd fight occasionally, but we couldn't stay mad at each other for long. I'd ask him to do everything with me, even watch Gossip Girl together, and he'd complain about that but he'd do it anyway.
Yeah, so... that's why Watanuki is such a special character to me. Just in case you didn't know already. :D
● PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN
damn, why don't I have any good PotC images?
Pirates of the Carribean is probably my favourite movie series ever. I love everything about it. The actors, first of all: JOHNNY DEPP. KEIRA KNIGHTLEY. GEOFFREY RUSH. They're, like, my favourite actors. Orlando was good, too. They were all great and did a fantastic job.
Basically, it's got everything I look for in a movie: action, romance and humor, all well mixed together. And Jack Sparrow is one of the best movie characters ever. He's not the villain, but you wouldn't define him as the hero, either. One minute he's with you, the next he's against you. All he wants is his ship, his freedom, immortality and gold - same things that I'd like to have, too. Deep down, however, he's a good character, and everyone knows it.
Gore Verbinski proved himself to be a very good director with this trilogy. Keep up the great job, Gore! :D
btw, May 2007 is kinda far away, but to me it feels like PotC 3 came out not too long ago...
● CLAMP
Here. These are the women that make me suffer with their heart-breaking and brain-killing plots. Seriously, I cannot seem to be able to read a manga by CLAMP without risking a heart attack. Tsubasa and xxxHolic, for example.
Anyway, CLAMP have become my favourite mangaka since I started reading TRC and xxxHolic. Well, I've read some of their works before, but I never really was a fan of these four women until I read their most recent works. I think they're great mangakas. I love their mangas. Card Captor Sakura was the first anime/manga I've ever watched/read made by CLAMP. Then Chobits and Magic Knight Rayearth followed. I've heard of Tokyo Babylon and X/1999 before, but never really got to read them until some months ago. Tsubasa and xxxHolic will always own my heart, though. Kobato, too, holds a special place in my heart. :D
Basically, I love the way they draw. I love the plots they come up with, even if they kill me half of the time. I love the characters they come up with (i.e. Sakura, Syaoran and Watanuki). And then, of course, I love how their manga always contain characters losing eyes, yaoi/yuri hints, and lots, LOTS of angst. It just wouldn't be a CLAMP manga without those things, you know? ♥
● ITALY
Italy. That's the country where I was born and where I currently live.
I don't know how I feel about living in Italy. Sometimes I like living here. We've got everything: sea, mountain, beautiful islands and lots of turistic places. But then I also think that it's a little bit messed up, especially the government. I don't want to talk about that, though.
I was born in the city of Naples, in the southern part of Italy. Then, at the age of 9, I transferred to Udine, in the north-eastern part of Italy (near Venice). I kinda miss Naples. The people there were nice and immediately warm and open to you. The weather there was almost always sunny and warm, even in winter. We have a beautiful sea there, where the water is so transparent and clean, you can actually see what's on the bottom. I also enjoy listening to the dialect. I can understand it and speak it, although I never do that. XD;
While here, in Udine... well, let's say that it took us a while to get used to everything. The weather is just... very different. Lots of rain. Most of the time it's cold. I don't like the beaches there... and I really hate the mountain. The people, too, they're... cold, like the weather. It takes time for them to open up and sometimes they're just... weird.
I understand that my parents took me here because they wanted me to live a better life (y'know, with the mafia and all), but I miss Naples. Last year we went there on a school-trip and I felt so melancholy. I don't think I'm going to live there when I get older because I've always wanted to live in an English-speaking country, but who knows? Maybe if everything gets better...
But anyway. If any of you wants to visit Italy, then that's great! :D It deserves to be visited. It's a good country, overall.
● KINGDOM HEARTS
One of my greatest fandoms, along with Gossip Girl, Tsubasa, xxxHolic and PotC.
Well, I started playing KH a while later than everyone else. XD; Same thing for KH II. (That's because I wanted to buy it at a low price, so I had to wait a while.) But I fell in love with it immediately. I'm strangely fast at finishing the KH games and that's weird, because I'm usually slow at completing videogames. XD; This game is just so addicting, you know?
Basically, I love everything about Kingdom Hearts. The plot, you know, darkness and light always fighting each other, but one needs the other to exist. I love the characters. Sora is definitely my favourite, along with Roxas. ♥ I love all the Disney characters, especially Donald, who is really similar to me, especially because we have a strange obsession with gold and treasures. XD
Then, um, KH II made me discover one of my OTPs: Roxas/Sora. I know, it's probably a weird pairing, but I love those two together and I can't help it! They may not be as canon as Sora/Kairi or Riku/Sora or Axel/Roxas, but they have quite a big fanbase. :D So yeah, that's why there's that picture of Roxas and Sora, too.

01: What got you into this fandom in the first place?
Well... it is a quite popular videogame, after all. XD I've seen many people talk about it, a couple of advertisements, not to mention that everyone on my f-list loves KH, so yeah... It shouldn't be that surprising that I got into this fandom. :D
02: Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
I don't think I'll move on that easily... I mean, I still play it once in a while, as I said before, almost everyone on my f-list loves it and fangirls over it from time to time. I read and write fanfictions, watch videos... so yeah, I think I'll stay in this fandom for a very long time. XD Even if I moved on, I'd come back in when KH III will be out, so it'd be just useless to try to move on. XD;
03: Favorite episodes/books/movies/etc.?
Well... um... I don't know how to answer this question? XD; Anyway... I guess... I really like KH II, mainly because there are new characters (Roxas~ ♥), new places, everyone is grown up (yay for grown up!Sora & grown up!Kairi), and then Sora has many forms and a better outfit and I can fight with two keyblades at the same time, yay~! :D
I also love the manga. ♥

I read and write fanfictions, although I've never uploaded one of my fics anywhere... Thing is, I am very slow at writing so I usually wait until a few chapters are done before posting one of my fics somewhere. I also make icons for this fandom especially Roxas/Sora ones. Then, um... I fangirl about it with my friends. That's how I participate in this fandom. :D

Yeah, definitely! Although... who isn't in this fandom already? XD; But anyway, KH definitely needs love! ♥

01: What got you into this fandom in the first place?
Well... I admit, I wasn't into this fandom at the beginning. I was curious, though, because I'd watched a couple of videos about Gossip Girl, so I wanted to know what the show was about. The first episode that I watched was episode 7 of the first season in Italian, which is also the CB episode. :D hitsuzen? I liked it, so I started watching it from the first episode in English and now I refuse to watch it in Italian. XD;
02: Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
Oh, no, I could never move on. I will stay in this fandom until it's finished completely, which might take a while, seeing as season 2 has just ended and there will be surely a lot more seasons coming in the future. Even when GG will end, I think I'll still stay in the fandom for some years, because... well, I am really addicted to it. ♥
03: Favorite episodes/books/movies/etc.?
OMG, TOO MANY EPISODES TO LIST.
Basically, all the CB episodes. And from episode 2x19 till the end of the second season. And the last episodes of season 1. Yeah, way too many.

Well, I have started a couple of fanfictions and one-shots, but I don't know if I'll post them somewhere. I make icons once in a while. I guess I enjoy making videos for this fandom more than anything else. :D You can check them out on my youtube account, if you want to.

YES. I know, it really sounds like the typical teenage drama and the name of the show kinda puts you off, but it's really good. I like it a lot and I usually don't like tv shows unless they're police-related (i.e. Law&Order and Cold Case) or House M.D. Please, give it a shot. Gossip Girl has got handsome guys and beautiful girls. It's got Chuck Bass and Blair Waldorf. And CB and angst and lol moments and good moments and and and-

I think it was because of Tsubasa. As you know, Tsubasa and xxxHolic are linked, so if you fangirl over one, then you automatically are bound to fangirl over the other. XD So yeah, the plot got me curious, so I decided to give it a shot. Best thing I've ever done. ♥
02: Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
Do you think I could move one from one of the best manga I've ever read? I don't think so. XD xxxHolic is basically everything I'm looking for in a good manga: a good and intriguing plot and interesting characters, all mixed with total heart-breaking moments and a little bit of lovely humor. I could never move on. ♥

Well... I love everything, so this question is really difficult. I love the movie. I love the anime. I love the manga. I have many favourite moments that I like to watch/read over and over again, but they're just too many to be listed.

I read fanfictions. I even wrote a couple of fics some time ago. I make icons and all sorts of graphics. I enjoy watching and making videos, too. :D

Absolutely. Everything about this manga is great: great characters, great plot, great emotional moments (as well as humor moments) - to me, it's perfect. Seriously, read it if you've got the chance. I don't think you'll regret doing it. :D
