Query: Exactly how weird have I gotten during my time in Japan?
Answer: Pretty damn weird.

Operation: Become Less Weird So That I Can Sort Of Fit Into Society*

Plan of Attack
1. Stop blurting out everything that comes into my head. Most of it is rude and people here actually understand English. If I MUST continue to blurt things out, make an effort to convert them to Polish.
2. Stop making sound effects whenever I do something. Ex. "yoink" when I grab something. I am the only one in the world who thinks this is amusing.
3. Stop bowing whenever I interact with people.
4. Stop using random Japanese words that the people I converse with do not understand.
5. Start actually locking things like cars, houses and bikes when I leave them.
6. Make an effort to actually pay attention when people talk since I can no longer get away with pretending I just didn't understand the Japanese.
7. Stop bowing whenever I interact with people.
8. Make an effort to not stare at the many, many foreigners everywhere.
9. Figure out how American money works again. What are these "cent" things you speak of? And why are there no handy dollar coins? (note: this would be easier if American money did not suck)
10. FOR GODS SAKE STOP BOWING. That. Right there. Stop it right now. Jesus, I'm doing it on the phone.
11. Try to remember how to use a fork.
12. Start paying attention to US news, I guess. Wow, is that what Obama actually sounds like? (Oh snap, this blog is going to get all political now. clearly I have jumped the shark)
13. See numbers 3, 7 and 10

Desired Results: Not offending/otherwise putting off the majority of personages I interact with.
Projected Chances of Success: .01%

Edit: yes, I do realize that I was weird to begin with. Thanks.

(*this plan has not been Tamaki-Approved(TM) as it lacks key Tamaki-Elements such as cross-dressing and is not unnecessarily complex. In fact the only criterion it DOES fulfill is being doomed to spectacular and possibly amusing failure)
