Sunday Morning
It's Sunday morning , and I have lots to do....still. I've just this second had my breakfast and now drinking my green tea , so had a moment to write.
Yesterday was very busy for me...I had/still have a lot of school work to get stuck into , and some small percentage is due tomorrow (but I have been working on this all throughout the week - I'm just super perfectionist and really thorough with my work...I mean , no point in doing it if you're not actually going to take the time to stop and think about what you are learning and actually absorb that information , is there?
I saw Mum , Ro and their friends yesterday , but only for a short time. No one even stopped for a cup of tea! It was really nice to see them all again though.
So back to my work yesterday , as well as doing my college work , I had a lot of housework things to catch up on (cleaning , clothes washing, general stuff around the house etc.) and of course , my exercises had to be fit into the daily schedule as well , no matter how busy.
I think I really must make some time this week for me to work on personal artworks instead of all just school work . Yes I'm dedicated , but I also need to do other works outside of the school stuff because I will require personal projects to take to a university interview. Not only that , it keeps me in touch with skills which I know and love and require practice often to improve.
So um yeah , on top of school stuff , I still really need to get more familiar with colour theory and colour schemes. That's not something that can be read from a book , it's something I physically have to do for myself - and that's how most techniques and important things are learnt in art.
Still can't get my phone to work , and I think my ipod most probably needs a good charging ready for the week.
