Today for lunch I had:
~a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ* sauce and onions
~broccoli with a light sprinkling of parmesan
~a little bit of the red-curry beef, which was mostly veggies
~a slice of blueberry-raspberry pie with a dollop of whipped cream
~cranberry juice
~coffee
Everything I ate (not the beverages, for obvious reasons) would have fit on one plate. It did, in fact, although I didn't put the pie on that plate because I didn't want to polute the flavor. It was all delicious; I was stuffed, but I had to convince myself to put the fork down because it was that good.
One plate. The caf trays are big enough to hold two, plus several drinks and a bowl of desserts, rice, salad--whatever. The caf trays, in fact, feel unbalanced without at least two plates on them, although one can be the little dessert plates designed to hold a cookie.
I think I see part of the problem, here.
