So about a month ago Marc and I ordered a new coffee table and couch-sectional from Rooms To Go. When we were in the store I noticed that the order had two different color couches and we got that fixed. Well, got the coffee table got here today because it was on back order. It's a pretty huge table that has a lift top and looked perfect in the showroom. The problem has nothing to do with size, the problem is that I failed to notice on the order sheet that the coffee table SHAPE was wrong. I certainly hope I am not expected to know the sku and description differences between a rectangular top (the one we received) and a pie-wedge shaped top (the one we want). So, here we are with a coffee table we don't want waiting to hear back from Rooms To Go so we can see if it will be another month long wait for a new coffee table. I will outright refuse to pay for the delivery fee on this new coffee table because I received the wrong one because my salesperson (a nice older woman)can't do her job 100% perfectly. Technically she got it 50% right. The section (3 pieces) + coffee table = 4 pieces. Two of them were rang in wrong... so yeah... wow. I'm annoyed. I have the table covered with a sheet because I don't want anyone inadvertently getting soda/cup rings on this bad boy. But MEH! I was so excited about my coffee table.
