Man............ Are the government has nothing better to do than trying to pass "Same sex marriage ban"???? I didn't know about the 1996 ruling that a state can NOT RECOGNIZE marriage from another state? man... that could be interesting for hetrosexual couples. (I'm sure they just pass that law to not recognize same sex one only........) I personally do not see anything wrong people marrying who they love (same sex or otherwise) passing law like this (especially amendment to the constitution) would just be one of the first step allowing government to control our very lives...
Sure I might sound paranoid, but think about it. Today it is same sex marriage. Tomorrow Abortion (they been trying this off and on). Next might be how we live, breath or work... who knows... someone will think of something.
I understand that in ANY government, the general populus DO give up some right to live in a collective society..... but I think this is a bit far.
