(no subject)
While Dave and Reeses catch up on all the Stargate SG:1 I already watched today, I might as well write a little update.
I guess not too much is really happening right now. School, work, repeat. That whole nutshell : S
I suppose I am not really feeling like that much of a failure as of late, and that is probably a good thing. I guess it was a wise choice to only take 4 classes this semester. Yay for pacing myself.
Currently I am trying to get myself an internship for the summer. I really wish to work for a small company, like "World Leaders Entertainment" (aka the brains behind the Venture Bros.... possibly one of the greatest shows I have come across in awhile!), but there is a slight problem. They are located in NYC. I'm betting they would not house me like Al's internship places did.... and NYC apartments are damn expensive. Also.... I don't know if I could live an entire summer in that big of a city. It's a little intimidating! So I do not know. Perhaps this requires more thought
Also to consider, Soup 2 Nuts (aka the company behind "Home Movies" and that squiggly Dr. Katz show) is DOWN THE STREET FROM MY APT. Srsly. I walk by it every day on the way to work. I don't know if I can say no to that.... Maybe they take interns?
On a totally unrelated note: WoW is actually not consuming my soul now, I ran out of monies. Give me a month or 2 (maybe I won't be in a 600 person queue for my server by then.... HOLY SHIZZNAT WOTLK.) then I will return to my geekly ways. Until then....
