I need to keep reminding myself I am doing this for the money. Really. I mean, it pays pretty well considering what minimum wage is in this state. But still, I find myself being completely and totally done with the concept of working for a huge, faceless corporation. I don't even know half of the people I work with! It's so strange, even JCP was more personal than this. And the discount was better. 10% with cash or Target charge only?? BITCH PLEEZ. I'm thinking this may be the most temporary of any job I have ever held. I am determined to find something better.... and perhaps closer to my new living space.... Maybe I'll try the starbucks route. I hear you get free coffee every week. And maybe after working for 8 hours and then commuting back home on foot I won't be so freaking tired that all I can do is slump on the couch and let my brain turn to mush watching comedy central until I pass out at 1 am.
Ugh. I am doing this for the monies. THE MONIES.
Also, FUCK STUDENT LOANS. Srsly, thanks MEFA for freaking abandoning me about 2 weeks before my tuition was due. Now I am stuck getting fee-ed by the university b/c I haven't been approved for another loan to take your place. Excellent. I can't even do my online check in. Graaaagrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggghhhhh........
And now, I frantically clean before Reeses gets here tomorrow.
