1st time volunteering as a PA

I just came back half an hour ago from my first set experience a.k.a 1st 18 hour day. Strangely I'm not tired, only my feet. And I know my muscles will be killing me tomorrow.

The set experience was for the music video "Jumpstart" by a band called These Kids Wear Crowns. It's a catchy song, the video had a lot of colour, and there was fireworks ( Read more... )

Yeah, though a lot of it is waiting when filming was happening. I had to make sure a certain area was on 'lock down'--basically meaning I kept people from walking into the shot.

Also, if there's a video with conffetti in it, as fun as it looks, the PA's are the one's cleaning it up. :P

I think being on a set was a work out on it's own.
