Proust Questionnaire (quite interesting)

This is a meme based on the famous Proust Questionnaire like the one James Lipton uses (from Bernard Pivot) on Inside the Actors studios. These answers are mine, tag me with your own. And tag some of your friends.

1) What is your favorite virtue? Patience. Probably because it is a virtue I do not possess.

2) What are your favorite qualities in a man? Spontaneity, superior intelligence, (the right kind of) sense of humor, quirkiness, creativity, love of cultural events.

3) What are your favorite qualities in a woman? Same as above... but with more talking.

4) What is your chief characteristic? Fuck, Bill, you should answer this one for me. Ummm... a tendency to fall into the trap that is existential-nihilism?

5) What do you appreciate most about your friends? Their unwavering faith in me... their uniqueness, and laughter.

6) What is your main fault? That ole impulsive streak.

7) What is your favorite activity? Shopping! No, reading. And then shopping. And watching True Blood. And going to new museum exhibitions.

8) What is your idea of happiness? Making an important literary or intellectual contribution and being recognized for it- ditto, Bill, but that is more my idea of success. Happiness, for me... waking up without fear.

9) What is your idea of misery? Disappointing myself. Working a 9-5.

10) If not yourself, who would you be? Natalie Portman... Keira Knightley... Emmy Rossum... someone beautiful.

11) Where would you like to live? Near the ocean- Maine, Martha's Vineyard, Crete *hah*

12) What are your favorite color and flower? Black and lillies (ditto)

13) Who are your favorite prose authors? This is gonna Kill Bill (pun intended) JANE AUSTEN, Kurt Vonnegut, Nietzsche, Kate Chopin, Virginia Woolf, Sartre, Camus, Wilde.

14) Who are your favorite poets? Rilke, Bukowski, Neruda
