I would live in Montreal.  I would go back to school to learn French and Spanish and take my courses to be a History Teacher and be a philanthropist in my spare time.  I would teach my students to give and give them a glimpse into the lives of the less fortunate.

Long story short got really sick  with gastronomical problems in Montreal, Went to the Jewish General (so I could be billed 15K) was given way too much morpine (about 500 bucks worth of worthless medicine sitting in the cupboard) was told I had mono.  I started to reject all medication.
