SCULPTURE!!!
so basically: i changed my elective from music appreciation w. mr. friend to sculpture w. mrs. sheeran.
now-you may all be asking yourselves-why kelly chew...why would you do that?
and yes i do realize-i'm not too crafty with my hands like..at all.
but i do have reasons for my hasty actions:
1) ive taken music appreciation each year so far-which in no way-makes this class less beautiful in anyway-but w. mr. friend...im not so sure.
if it had been with mr. hermonant i would have stuck with it hands down.
but i've heard, well, music appreciation kinda sucks in mr. friend's class (but that he is a nice guy).
but after awhile of thinking-the elective just didn't seem so tempting anymore.
2) erica, allie , and monica were all in sculpture-who also are not too crafty with their hands either-so i figured-why the hell not?
3) mrs. sheeran's awesome.
today was my first day of this beautiful class, and let me tell you-she told us that our FIRST sculpture will be made out of...none other than:
paper.
yes-paper-do i know what this means? no-of course not.
but what i'm assuming is that it may involve my many attempts of having it stand up because i have this- "oh so brilliant idea" in my head- and it falling many times while i all the more realize-this scultpure class.
not the best of ideas.
but yea-wish me luck with passing this elective.
hopefully she grades on effort-not on how good it actually comes out
(plus..we might be able to go on a field trip-and i haven't had one of those since like..the 5th grade-so that just rocks my socks.)
