Orders of Love - Chapter 1
A/N: Something light to start a new posting episode. Woot! This story was written from backwards (from the ending to the start). Yes, found out my little hobby is to write the ending first. Bah! And to make it more interesting, it derives from JYJ's 'I Love You' so hopefully you enjoy reading this one as well!

"Here you go"

"Thanks, Boa" Said the man before staggering his way to the empty table and gulped down the whiskey.

As everyone knows, nothing tops off a delicious dinner better than a cocktail in a dimly lit and smoky bar.

Stepping into Santina is like taking a step back in time to the 1950's. A wooden bar, smoky atmosphere add to the feeling that everybody should be using cigarette holders and talking like that are in a black and white film.

At least that was what Boa's dad had in mind when he opened the bar 20 years ago.

Because now numerous middle aged men patronizing the bar. Some watching TV, in which their wives wouldn't allow them to, and some playing poker while nursing beers and smoking and bragging, cussing and gossiping - and drink some more. Nothing that the bar can do, this is 'Happy Hour' after all. In a place like this, ones can't expect too much.

One patron sticks out from the rest of them though. Park YooChun, an early 30's man with a pleasant demeanor about him. He sits at the end of the bar until Boa, walks up to him with another Brewster.

"Here, Chun"

"Thanks"

The young barmaid took a step away, but was too compelled to come back. She rested her elbows on the bar and looked around, trying to be discrete.

"Hey, let me ask you something"

"You don't need permission, just ask"

"Now, don't take this the wrong way, but what on earth a guy like you doing in a place like this on a Friday night?"

"What are you talking about? I love this place"

"Yeah, but this ain't exactly a swinging singles night scene, if you catch my drift" Each word was said softly, she sure didn't want to get into trouble. "You should check out that Club Stardust. Lots of lookers down there from what I hear"

"Been there, done that. And whatever it is those lookers want, I don't have it. It's the bachelor life for me"

"Don't give up so easily. There's still time for you to find a nice one and settle down"

"And give up all this?" YooChun said, gesturing at the bar and people around him.

Boa was certain that the man in front of her must be dead drunk because the place is just downright depressing.

"I do what I want, when I want. I wanna walk around the house in my shorts? No problem. Drink orange juice right from the carton? No problem there either. I don't answer to anybody"

"Don't you live with your mother?"

"Yeah, but she's one of those cool moms you hear about. I'm living free and easy, Boa. E.Z"

"Alright, suit yourself" She said, before going back to get more beers for the patrons. "Just figured I'd ask"

"And for that, you're a good friend and fantastic bartender. But I'll just let some other sap drop to his knee, and there's probably hundreds of 'em out there, doing it right this minute"

"Or maybe at least getting ready to"

"Exactly, and it doesn't affect me in the slightest" YooChun slurred as he raised his beer up high. "Let's cheers to that!"

Only a few miles away from Santina, a 3-star restaurant known for its serene atmosphere and quiet corners to while away the hours with a bottle of quality red wine. Flickering candles, brick walls and low archways provide the perfect setting with its dimly lighting overhead which creates a soft mood; Wandu was simply known for.

At a table near the back sat Park ChangMin, a handsome man in his late 20's. Across from him is Bomi. Both dressed in a semi formal manner. Half eaten desserts on plates in front of them.

ChangMin reached for a bottle of red wine on the center of the table and gestures toward Bomi. "More wine?"

Bomi raised a suspicious eyebrow. "You trying to get me drunk?"

"Do I need to?"

"Now, Min, after all this time I figured you'd know that's not necessary" Bomi smiled. "But I could do with a refill"

"You know, it’s funny you should mention us being together all this time, cause I got something I’d like to ask you"

Bomi opened her mouth slightly and froze. The only movement she made was a rapidly progressive shake that caused her mouth to open a little more with each one. She watched as ChangMin reached into his pocket. Tears of joy well up in Bomi's eyes.

"Oh my God!"

Bomi wildly shook her hands and snatched the ring away from him. She jumped from her seat and moved to each table in the restaurant. She shouted gibberish as she flaunted the ring at every single patron.

ChangMin watched the scene and looked around in slight embarrassment.

Bomi finished her visit with the last table, standing directly in the center of the restaurant; took the ring from its box, held it high in the air above her head, like the Statue of Liberty with her torch, and sang at the top of her lungs.

"...geudae eobsin harudo haengbokhal su eomneun na gomawoyo ireoke naege wajwoseo"

ChangMin got up from his seat and ran to Bomi as she jumped up and down like a crazy wild woman. He placed his arms around her and smiled.

"I'm not good with people's body language" He said giggly. "Is that a yes?"

Bomi quickly came to her senses, turned and tossed the ring - ChangMin almost dropped the ring had he not caught it in time - and extended her hand.

ChangMin slid the ring on her finger, and placed his arms around her.

Everyone in the restaurant stared at them in shocked silence until a busboy politely clapped - and soon the rest of the restaurant joined in.

"You've made me a very happy man, Bomi"

"I'm happy too. I can't wait to tell everyone"

ChangMin smiled and leaned in for a kiss. "Mama is going to love this. I'm sure she's been waiting for this day"

"You think so?"

"Absolutely. She'll be thrilled to hear the news"

"Well, are you going to say something?"

They stared at each other across the table. Mama, a woman in her 60's was sitting with her hands under her chin, looking of indifference and ChangMin, well, ChangMin drove like mad after sending Bomi to work to tell his mother the news, he was excited, too excited to say the least.

"Anything?"

"No" Said Mama with a very broken accent.

"No, you're not going to say anything?" ChangMin looked at her with confusion.

"No. You no get married"

"I'm sorry. What?" ChangMin was slightly chuckling, thought he heard wrong.

"I say you can't get married"

"Sorry Ma" ChangMin chuckled again, this time a little harder. "But I wasn't really asking for your permission"

The woman's eyes went wide with shock. She looked to the heavens and chanted to herself repeatedly.

ChangMin quickly grabbed his mother's hand, to stop her chanting to the Lord above, because every single time she does that, he almost and really almost struck by lightning. "Ma, don't go getting all bent out of shape on me"

She flipped out even more now and trying to get out of the firm grip. ChangMin refused to let go and got taken for a ride. He moved up and down and back and forth with the sign of the cross.

ChangMin was pulled along at a rapid pace until he stopped her. "Ma, you're making me dizzy"

She stopped and abruptly sat on the dining chair.

"Ma, what's the problem? I thought you liked Bomi" ChangMin said, remembering the last time he brought Bomi home for the first time, his mother was so happy she forgot chanting.

"I do like her"

"So then, why are you telling me I can't get married?"

"Because it's not your turn" She said with authority, tapping a beat or two on the table.

"I don't understand, Ma. Not my turn?"

Mama pointed to the ceiling, making the boy looking up as well. "You hyung. He no married yet"

"What's that got to do with me?" ChangMin frowned.

"He older than you. He should marry first"

"Hyung's not even dating anybody. How's he going get married before me?"

Mama waved a disregarding hand, too nonchalantly towards him. "E.Z. You don't get married until he get married"

ChangMin was on his knees, hands on his mama's lap, pleading. "But Ma.....hyung...he - he's just...."

"Yes?"

"He's a slob"

The word didn't get to his Mama's ears as the sound of thunderous footsteps accompanied by an incredibly loud burp echoed through the kitchen.

A moment later, YooChun, clothed only in a pair of thightie whities entered. His hair was in disheveled mess and he looked like he had about six beers too many the night before. He said nothing, beelining straight for the fridge. He opened it up, took out a carton of orange juice and guzzled straight from the carton.

The juice ran from the corners of his mouth and dripped down onto his chest. He finished the drink, shook the now empty container and set it down on the counter.

He looked down at his chest, noticed the trail of orange juice then ran his hand over it and licked the juice remnants from his palm, before he felt as though someone was watching him. He looked to the right to see both his brother and mother staring blankly at him.

"What?"

ChangMin sank himself further down the floor and covered his face in between his hands.
