in lighter news...
all is right in the world when hormones start cooperating. for the first time in over a year i have not spent the first day of my cycle laying in bed wanting to die from crippling pain. kudos to witch doctor.
today's thesis meeting went like this:
gilchrist: so hows the thesis?
me: well i finished the minor edits, going to flesh out the discussion this weekend. gathering the readings today and going in for the long haul this weekend. i want to have it back to you by monday.
gilchrist: well thats good. i'm going to a conference in the beginning of the week so don't worry about turning it in until thursday. use the extra time to really perfect it. you turn it in thursday the 28th, i'll give it back to you with minor edits monday the 3rd and we'll set a bacc date at that time was well.
me: dajk, didja uhh just say we'll set a back date...?
gilchrist: i'm confident in your thesis already, you just need to work on the discussion and its done. i'll just once over it thursday and you should be ready to go.
me: duhh derr ahhh ok ok ok! i'll have it for you!! i'm totally motivated now! gotta run to my computer! ahhhh!!
