A Dinner Fright

I had a stressful and busy day today. After talking to my mom, she told me that she and my dad would take me out to dinner so I could relax and not deal with cooking. We were having a quiet dinner when all of a sudden someone starts screaming in a section that was obstructed from our view. A few minutes later, an employee makes an announcement

I'm glad that she was there to help. She wants me and my dad to learn CPR in case of emergencies such as this.

*hugs back* Thank you! She heard from the child's mother today. The baby is doing better, but he had to be admitted to the hospital for testing.

What a terrible thing to have happen! It's wonderful that your mom was there, though. *bows before the hero* I see from your reply above that the baby is doing better. I hope the tests show there will be no lasting problems. How terrifying!

I'm thankful she was there. My mom is expecting another email from the parents soon regarding the test results. Hopefully there will be good news to share.
