Perhaps you should get Madam Pomfrey to test you for worms? my sister got those once and she couldn't stop eating because there was this worm in her stomach eating everything she ingested.
It was disgusting and her nanny had to put an egg in her mouth to lure it out, ugh.
I'm pretty sure you've done growing I mean you're already really tall so if you grew anymore you would be a giant.
