These things happened today:

-my grandmother passed away
-my cashier was almost 2 hours late for her shift b/c she was hungover
-i found out someone i trust stole from me
-there was a huge gas spill at my store that spanned all the way down the block along the curb

I had the option of going to Palestine with Rachel and Jessica this weekend to geocache, but I chose to stay with Ryan b/c they only had room for one person to go. I didn't want to leave him. So yesterday was Ryan's birthday for the most part it was pretty awesome. We played frisbee golf with Will and Piper, and got shitty drunk. Plumley, Sugartits, and eventually Jessica and Rachel joined us in the festivities. I stayed up until 5am drinking, then passed out, though Ryan and the lesbos stayed up until around 7am. When I got home from work Ryan had 20 SHMILY's hiding in the apartment. It didn't take me long to find them all, though the last one stumped me until he hinted that it was on him, and sure enough it was taped to his chest. I had planned to get absolutely shit faced on New Year's Eve but I was so tired and crappy-feeling that, after taking a few shots with Ryan, I took a nap until 10 minutes before midnight. Friday Maegarn surprised me at work and hung out with me all day. She told me of a time when she went to the Hilton drunk, to the top floor to see the view. She had to pee but didn't know where the bathroom was.
