I have a slightly different version to you, it goes a little like this:

Hour before match starts: drink
Hour leading up to the match: Keep drinking
Whistle blows for kick-off: Drink moar
Five minutes into match: So arseholed nothing matters any more and everything is lovely.
Sunday morning: Cry.

Edited because I don't even know what day it is. Which may or may not be related to the drinking.

I just saw Paolo Maldini and his children in the stands. Surely that is worth a drink (or a biscuit).

Well, it's 2:45 in the afternoon here, so I can't really drink, but I'm certainly going to biscuit the game away.

Didn't make a rule for "Pato scores in the first minute". Still, I can't be blamed for not foreseeing it.

Goal inside one minute? DRINK. (Well, biscuit, but the principle is the same.)
