The Caledonian Curry Company. They are situated, as the name indicates, in the north of Scotland, cook with the local porcelain garlic (LOVE), and have four (vegan!) hot sauces: Kilt Lifter, Sporran Splitter, Nessie's Revenge and After Burns. The names are almost as good as the taste.
