The crumbs scattered across the counter as I pryed the strip of paper from its hollow center. I ignored the 6 numbers and proceeded to read my fortune:

"Ignorance is content to stand still with its back to the truth."

While my mind whirled, trying to relate, I came up with several possibilities to make this "fortune" become reality. My sister asked me what it meant and I pretended none of them made sense. "I dunno."

One failed attempt to get out of town and one un-returned phone call later, I fell asleep on the couch in an awkward position.

There are 192 7.5 minute intervals in our day.
