So I handed in my thesis today. It's all over. Thesis is done. All I have left to do is help with set up for the show. It been a really weird, awesome trip, and while I think every moment of it was important and often enjoyable, I'm glad it's done ( Read more... )

Today, the chairperson of the Cartooning/Illustration department at SVA came in my class to look at our finished theses. When he came in at the end of last semester, he told me that he hated that I chose to adapt The Little Mermaid, and if I continued with it there was no way in hell I could get into the end of the year C/I thesis exhibition. So a lot has happened since I last posted something that is not related to Glee or Community! I ended up changing my thesis project- twice! I was told that The Little Mermaid did not fit the theme for this year, man-made monster, well enough, so I decided to find something else.
