MANNY!!!!!
Just a little doodle of Manny in Mannyland celebrating his 500th home run! Wow, 500! I actually missed it, as I went to go see the "Sex and the City" movie with my mother, but when I came back someone said "Guess what happened?" My initial reaction was about Manny, and when I found out he had in fact gotten 500...well, if you hear a high pitched scream at around ten-thirty at night, that was me. xD I'm also planning a similar thing for Jon Lester's no-hitter, but it's a mini-comic and probably won't be finished for a couple of weeks.
Anyways, congrats to Manny! It couldn't have happened to a weirder more awesome guy!

By the way, I will be participating in this:
I will be using it as an opportunity to draw the comic that 1863_project and I are working on. It used to be called "Butterflies and Hurricanes", but then it became a comedy and we figured it needed a new name. So it's now back to being "NYC Music Story", which is a temporary title like before. But hopefully we'll actually get something done!
