1. I'm kind of surprised to find my LJ still here but it's great to see you all!! I hope you're well, I've been browsing some of your LJ but I haven't gotten a chance to comment yet.
2. I'm back home in the Srtates, concurrently studying for a Master's in Education, and my teaching certificate.
3. I'm engaged! To a lovely British man who I orginally met online, so at some point in the future I will probably be moving to the UK, at least temporarily. The wedding isn't for a year, so there's time. Any advice from any of you who may live across the pond? On anything?
For now it's enough that he'll be here in three days so we can spend Easter together and do some wedding planning. He also doesn't mind my slashy interests and seems dissapointed I'm not writing as much as I used to. In fact, I haven't seen the 7th Harry Potter yet. Will have to remedy that, possibly this weekend. In the meantime:
