(126) EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING HP
LOL BECAUSE I'M STILL SUPER HAPPY AND EXCITED ABOUT REGISTERING FOR POTTERMORE AND I CAN'T SLEEP (it's 5 45am....) I DECIDED TO POST OK.
I watched HP7.2 last week!!! Ok tbh, it was a good movie, but they skipped/edited a lot of stuff in the books that I thought should've stayed. BUT I went with a friend who hadn't read the books (blasphemy, I know) and she loved it SO THAT'S COOL.
- I was so emotionally unstable when I went to watch it lol... in the previews a Glee trailer came up and I started tearing up DSFLKJ and then the tears started coming when the Harry Potter logo came up AND THEN FRED/TONKS/REMUS DIED AND I WAS LIKE ;__________________; HOLD MEEEEE AND THEN THE PENSIEVE BIT AND I WAS LIKE NONONONONOO and I quietly sobbed in my seat until the end of the movie but ummmmmmmm
- I LOVE MCGONAGALL IN THIS MOVIE. THE PIERTOTUM LOCOMOTOR PART DSLKJDSFLKJDF. I just wish they would've kept in the scene with the Carrows, that really bothered me. BUT UGH MAGGIE IS SO CUTE "I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO USE THAT SPELL" JUST DSLFKJ!
- I was a bit disappointed in the Gringotts break-in. Just the part when they were actually in the vault though! The set was amazing like o m g except idk it felt like it was missing something, but I can't really pinpoint what. LOVED THE DRAGON THOUGH HEHEHEHE
- DSFLKJ ALAN RICKMAN FOR ALL THE AWARDS OK I CRIED. The part when he goes back to Godric's Hollow JUST FFFFFF. Omg so glad I didn't wear eyeliner that day (I usually wear liquid eyeliner um...)
- OH and when Harry and Ron started stripping I was like WAT IS EVEN HAPPENING and they're both so pale me and my friend were like AH BLINDING LIGHTS
- THE R/HR KISS. I still don't know how I feel about the fact that they changed the scene. I was watching a BTS yesterday and David Yates was all like "well, they've just GOT TO SNOG" and that's seriously what it looked like.... but more awkward. It just felt out of place. I MEAN THEY'RE BOTH HOT, you'd think their kissing scene would've been better ):
- LOL AND NEVILLE AND LUNA GETTING TOGETHER WHAT. Yeah idk how I feel about this either
- and the Draco/Voldemort hug WHAT EVEN HAHAHA. Actually I'm not surprised tbh and Ralph Fiennes is awesome ok
- The King's Cross scene was confusing! Not that it matters, it was confusing in the book too tbh, I came home and reread it twice just to make sure I got it lol. But it was pretty! and white!
- THE EPILOGUE! I wish they had included the bit where James was complaining about Teddy snogging Victoire, that was my favourite part of 19 years later, BUT Albus is pretty adorable and Harry seems like a good dad I just wish he had named his kids something a bit more normal. OH AND RON DIDN'T TALK ABOUT CONFUNDING HIS DRIVING EXAMINER dammit I was looking forward to that too...
OK I complained a lot but that's just cause I have a lot of feelings but I really did like the movie!

I got lazy and went to sleep last night but then everyone was like ~*~omg i am m a g i c a l~*~ and I felt like I was missing out so I was like OK I WILL GET UP TONIGHT AND GET THE CLUE AND GET INTO POTTERMORE. And then I realized that I left CoS in my sister's room and she went to sleep and I was like shitshitshit. BUT I googled the clue and lol when I put it in and got redirected I was like ".... this is so not right." So I tried again a few times AND THEN I SAW THE QUILL AND I WAS LIKE OMG NO WAY /coolstorybro.
Yeah idk I still can't believe HP is over though ): I started reading it about the time that PoA came out but I've gotten my mom to bring me to every book midnight release and it's just like UGH now I can't even go see a midnight showing anymore because IT'S OVER AND I MISSED MY CHANCE! So I've been reading lots of fic lately... to maybe convince myself that I can still have Hogwarts even though it's technically gone......
Um I've lost my train of thought SO I will end this here and hopefully it wasn't too crazy and I am off to look for more fic/dreamcastings.
