no me gusta ashley
fuck! powell's gonna resign. the bush administration needed him to keep them in check and give them some international street cred.
i had a fairly nice weekend. tricia was actually in town this weekend and her boyfriend, babe, wasn't here. lots of lee-lee time! on friday night, we were gonna go out and trish had come over. i was trying to leave before ashley came back and saw us, but no luck. ashley kept saying she hungary and trisha and i ran away saying we weren't hungary and were go to the 5th floor for a minute. then we went to subway. yay subway! it's open until 5 freaking am! i could not work that late. o well. then we went and saw the incredibles. it was really, really cute. after that, we wandered around, went to a 7-11 (note: the 7/11s here don't have gas. wtf?) and yummy iccees that were two flavored in this nifty 2 part cup.
on saturday, i went and volunteered at a food bank in the morning, but we weren't supposed to be going to the food bank. we were supposed to some craft fair and collect food that ppl brought as their admission price but the lady drove us to the wrong place. stupid lady. but at least i got to ride in her audi.
then trisha and i went to pentagon city (a mall). i got food from panda express, the restaurant of lynnie. i bought some crap, including a new coat. yay! then trish and i returned to dorm, watched a movie, and then the power went out. because trish was the ra on duty, she had to deal with all this crap. and then ashley came to trisha's room saying that her grandma had died and she was lonely. i felt bad for ditching her.
on sunday, trish and i were supposed to china town for dim sung (sp?) but i felt bad for ashley and so i invited her. (that was before she told me it was good that her grandma died because it got rid of the financial and psychological burden she placed on her parents. wtf? her grandma died and all ashley could say was that she was a fucking burden?) then trish got mad at me for inviting ashley along because ashley is a mean person and she never talks to patricia, only me. i felt bad, but couldn't univite ashley.
china town was neat. i made walk by hooters. the dim sum was good. you order little plates of things and split them. a nice vegetarian dish was ordered for me. ashley ate half of it because she didn't like the shrimp she ordered. i was really pissed. i was the only vegetarian!!!! grrrr.
then we went to urban outfitters. i got christmas cards. they are funny. and ashley was mean and told me what i tried on didn't fit. i was sad. she should be nice.
then we went and saw polar express. it was bad and had no plot and lots of things that weren't explained, like the ghost.
after we left, trisha was asking about taking a cab home from the metro stop because it was really cold. i didn't want to commit to the money so i suggested this bus. ashley didn't even respond. trisha got pissed and said something while we were waiting for the metro. something about how it was bad not to talk from the tension. clueless ashley said there was no tention and some stupid shit. her and trisha started arguing. ashley was really insensitive. she even told patricia to just calm down. she never grasped that trish was upset because she ignored her and that was really rude.
i am now angry with ashley. she shall never be invited to spend time with particia again. it is not acceptable for her to pick fights with my friends. she never learned how to play well with others.
oh, and trish is annoyed that i let ashley walk all over me. my plan to stop this is to avoid ashley. this should solve the problem decently well. because she is quite mean to me. o well.
