The Recruit and TAS Track Meet
Yesterday night I went with a bunch of people to see the new Colin Farrell/Al Pacino movie, "The Recruit." It was really entertaining and an overall fun movie.
Today was the TAS Track meet and I gotta say, their team is a ton better than last year. It was fun and very competitive. I broke three PRs on all my throws and finally PLACED!!! I was so deliriously happy, even stating "This feels better than a college acceptance letter!" Right...
It was hot outside though. I played b-ball after my events and had breaksticks and a burger as well as some of Kara's candy for the missions trip. The 4x400 was really fun to watch as well as the long distance dudes.
Here I am, sitting in an AC-filled room eating shrimp fried rice. Life is great. Now all I want is to get into UW. w00t. Peace out.
