I'm working on yet another Pinwheel baby blanket for a friend's first baby. Because Monaneron got rid of a ton of her yarn (everything with wool in it, as half of her family is allergic, as well as a bunch of misc. acrylics and cottons that she didn't really have a purpose for), I've had quite a time trying to figure out what to do with it. Well, it's been a while since I've said anything about the ol' knitting, so let's do a quick run-down of what I've been working on.

- plain stockinette socks for Karleine, out of Malabrigo sock yarn, the colorway Stonechat (which is a good bit darker in real life) - One nearly finished.

- Pinwheel baby blanket for Maggie's new little girl, Lydia ( Read more... )

- put away clean dishes
- put away newly-cleaned dishes when they are dry
- wash dirty dishes
- run dishwasher
- make more fruit and veg for baby (carrots, eggplant, green beans)
- sweep kitchen
- mop kitchen
- wash and block sweater
- make a Knithulu- make black socks/booties for Victor's costume ( Read more... )
