I think I must be getting a cold, I've been hypersensitive to noise the last couple of days, even taking into account the fact that I have a limited noise tolerance anyway. So a customer sent us an ASER sample of dimethyl sulfoxide,generally abbreviated to DMSO. ASER samples are what happens when a customer finds a problem with a chemical and sends it back to us for a retest.
