(no subject)
I usually write in this thing, or plan on writing in it, when I'm in a more solemn contemplative mood, but alas, this is not the usual eh eh.
I wish I never wrote so much about my disapointment with different aspects of a high schooler's life over the span of these entries. I look back and there were a lot more good times then bad times, when I look at the "bigger picture." And summer has turned out to be a lot more fun than expected. I had a better way to phrase this before I went to write it, but I forgot, so basically things are good, I'm happy, yep.
Orientation for Michigan was awesome :) I felt like one of the least smartest kids there because all of them took crazy AP's and got crazy scores on they're exams and are taking more hard classes than me next semester. My advisor is soooo nice though. That was a relief. I'm so stoked for the fall ahh! My roomie seems pretty cool too, we both want a couch in the room so it's all good.
While we were in Michigan we watched this competition that my good friend who lives in Wisconsin was doing, and it really made me want to compete again. I was never that big of a competitor or anything, but watching a competition made me realize how much I miss it already. Hopefully classes don't consume me too much so I can head to the rink when I want.
Speaking of classes, I signed up for a Greek architecture class, and I'm realllllly hoping it's interesting because all those Greek landmarks are sooo cool :P
