A series inspired by Kelbebop, and her We're all Light mix. I've only got a few of them done, but i'll update this post as i finish them, so be sure to visit often!
T, a blanket rating to be on the safe side, they range from cute to sad and everything in between

Rules and Regulations - Rufus Wainwright
"Please, do I Hafe to be?"
"Logically speaking Ensign there is no way around it."
"It's not so bad honey, there are worse things you could be."
"C'mon now laddie she's right, there is much much worse out there."
"Yeah kid, think of all the tail you could get."
"But I don't want tail?"
"Damnit Jim, the boy's taken! Oh, sorry kid..."
"No way! How did I not know this!"
"Perhaps Captain, he and his partner prefer to keep their relationship private, which, if I may say so, is much..."
"Wait a second, am I the only one on the ship that doesn't know? Okay Ensign spill, don't make me pull rank."
"But Keptin!"
"Leave him alone Kirk. It's not important..."
"Sulu, did you know this?"
"Yes sir, I'm the one who called him cute and made him upset in the first place."
"Hikaru!"
"Sorry."
"Oh, well, just no funny stuff on the bridge... and if you ever need a little helping hand, let me know."
"Captain!"
"Damnit Jim!"

Come Fly With Me - Michael Buble

Come fly with me, let's fly lets fly away.
If you can use some exotic booze there's a bar in far Bombay,
come fly with me let's fly let's fly away.

"Ensign Chekov, my I speak with you for a moment?"
"Certainly Commander."
"Is it true you are responsible for the disturbance on the bridge?"
"Oh C'mon Spock it's hardly a disturbance you're the only one who seems annoyed." Kirk scolded as he entered from the turbolift and settled himself in his chair.

Come fly with me, let's float down to Peru
In llama land, there's a one man band

And he'll toot his flute for you

Come fly with me, let's take off in the blue

"Permission to speak freely sir." Chekov blinked at his stoic superior.
"Permission granted."
"Thank you sir, well you see sir you had said the other day productiwity was down due to low morale, and I hafe been helping Nurse Fletcher catalogue her music collection, and I had an idea."
"Your idea was to play this music over the ships communication frequency?"
"Yes Commander." Spock took a moment to observe the effects of the Ensign's decision. Kirk was lazing dreamily in his chair munching an apple, something Spock had not observed him doing since the Kobyashi Maru. Lt. Uhura was humming softly at her station, even the usually reserved pilot was smiling as he oversaw the controls.

Once I get you up there,

Where the air is rarefied

We'll just glide
Starry eyed

Once I get you up there

I'll be holding you so near

You may hear the angels cheer - because we're together

"Very well, we will consider this week to be a trial period, if productivity increases it will be allowed to remain. If productivity decreases it will cease." "Whery fair, thank you Commander." Spock gave a nod, and Chekov returned to his seat. "Hey kid." McCoy's voice temporarily interrupted the music "does she have any Sammy Davis Jr.?" "Yes sir, I beliewe she does." Chekov smiled and offered a Spock a shrug.

Weather wise it's such a lovely day

Just say the words, and we'll beat those birds

Down to Acapulco Bay
It's perfect, for a flying honeymoon - they say

Come fly with me, let's fly let's fly away.

Spock raised an eyebrow.

Solar Flair - Glen Philips
"She was so sweet... you know? Big soft eyes... god I miss her. 'Sir birthday today... I wish I could see her." Chekov was struggling to support the weight of a very drunk doctor. He had gone out for drinks with the Captain, the doctor and Scotty, and was the very unfortunate recipient of the short straw.
"I might not ever get to see her again... could blow up in some crash... get some horrible disease. Then I wouldn't get a chance... would never get to know her old dad. God I miss her. Ship's no place for a kid though. Whole ship could get swallowed in some giant fireball of some dying star..."
"I hope you get to see her some day Doctor." He was suck helplessly under the doctors sadness and slight sag.
"Good, you're a good kid, write to your parents, send them something sometimes... good kid." McCoy mumbled and passed out completely, nearly taking Chekov down with him.
"I got 'im, you okay? How'd you wind up with him anyway?" Sulu had been coming down the hallway and jogged the remaining distance to help.
"Da, I'm okay, thanks. I picked short straw, lucky me." Chekov collected himself and draped McCoy's arm over his shoulder, and between the two of them they got him safely to the Med Bay.
"You're quiet tonight, you sure you're okay?" Sulu asked when they got back to their quarters. He didn't expect to get a lapful of sniffling Russian.
"So sad. He has little girl back home and he might newer get to see her again. All the way back from the bar, nothing but Johanna. Makes me think, what if I newer come back? What would mama and papa do?" Sulu watched his expression change as he was struck with a new and far more horrible thought. "What if you went down to some planet and, and you were killed? I would die Hikaru! I lowe you too much." He buried his face in his friends shoulder and sobbed. Sulu was mildly shocked. Granted he was closer to the boy in his lap than anyone else on the ship, but he had no idea the depth of his friend's feelings for him.
"Shhh, I'm not going to go anywhere okay? I'll be right here. And in five years you and me are going to step off this ship all in one piece. Mama and Papa will be waiting for you outside those gates, and everything will be fine." He soothed. Slowly Chekov wound himself down into a state of punch-drunk exhaustion, and Sulu lowered him onto the mattress and under the covers. Then with a heavy sigh he stripped of his soggy shirt and slid into bed himself. Chekov mumbled something that could have been his name and curled into him. Sulu wrapped his arms around him, suddenly painfully aware he had something he couldn't afford to loose.

Shining Light - Ash
It's a good thing Hikaru Sulu was not a jealous man otherwise he would have a serious problem with his boyfriend being adorable for anyone but him. But as it stood he liked the way he could make anybody smile. There were few things he enjoyed more than simply watching Chekov do whatever it was he was doing.
He would sit with him and Nyota at lunch to listed to her try to teach him French. The combination of throaty French in complex Russian made the linguist break out in an amused smile. He would shoot pool with Kirk in the lounge while Spock and Chekov played chess. Spock would win of course, but not easily. As he put the board away he would thank his opponent for being the only one on the ship to offer him a challenge, and Chekov would swear he would beat him the next time.
He and Scotty could talk for hours over equations and liquor enough to make Sulu's head spin. Whenever Kirk wanted to launch into a glorified retelling of his latest (mis)adventure Chekov was there no nod and gasp as though it was his first time hearing it, even Bones frowned less when he was around.
No, Hikaru would share, because he knew at the end of the day, the kid would strip down to his novelty boxers, press his cool body to his, and make him smile wider than anyone else on the ship.
