the check is in the mail
Got paid today, and was excited to think that I wouldn't have to make a mortgage payment! But with the closing papers to sign (yay!) I had to send a cashier's check for $1508. I can only hope that at least half of that comes back.
Went to the credit union to pay one credit card and get the check. Found FedEx out on Easton Road and dropped off the paperwork; it should be in the title company's hands tomorrow.
Chicken fajitas for dinner, after a few raves for mine at work. Meh. No candy in the house, no porch light on, blackout curtains drawn in the studio.
