diner à l'impromptu
This morning Kevin asked, "Do you think we could throw together a barbecue for tomorrow?"
So, we are planning/prepping/producing:
Smoked pork butt (2)
BBQ sauce (1.5 gal)
Deviled eggs (1 dz)
Shrimp wrapped in bacon (2 lbs each)
Broccoli kraut (tasted in the crock today, yummy)
Radishes and carrots
Pineapple, apples, oranges, grapes
Sangria
and whatever else others bring. Should be an interesting mix of gay men and my family. We'll see who shows up on short notice!
