an update
haven't heard from the Apple Store yet, the hard drive is probably shot.
I have tried and tried and tried to figure out how to back up my stuff, but *shrug*
so I will probably lose all my music, all my porn (big woop), and worst, all my Firefox bookmarks. I guess I can give up all the papers and recipes and stuff from CCA, but oh well. The good news is that it should be covered by warranty.
The whiny logger boy flaked, which completely fucked up my kitchen schedule for the next ten days. That little bitch will NEVER work for me again. I slept really poorly worrying about it last night. High anxiety continues. I need a good line cook, but I got one reply to my craigslist ad -- from some guy who's been an executive chef for fifteen years. I guess I'm writing my ads for the wrong audience.
Blah. I;ll be working Tuesday night, my favorite holiday. Bah.
