The chocolates were a huge hit. I only made 90 of them until I heard from Sky that there were 100 attendees, so it was back to the kitchen. This time around I used a recipe that I made on the fly. Just looked in the formulas that we used for school as a guideline and made up my own. They were VERY well received so I'm pretty stoked!
