Bah! Quit feeling sorry for yourself, chum. You're a good person, but still just a person. You have plenty of faults, just like the rest of us. You're gonna mess up and lose it from time to time. Apologizing is great, but move on. Those of us that love you will forgive you, just like you forgive us for our blunders, fuckups, etc. You're not gettin' outta my life. You're family now. It's too late for you.
You have some really good things happening in your life right now too - don't just focus on the bad things!
New job is working out well, and you've said before it's a really good thing. New friends at work, support and love of old friends in your house and surrounding you (I see enough comments here alone to know you're respected and cared for by others).
We all lose it from time-to-time. Sometimes it's good, without the bad days we wouldn't know how valuable the good days were.
So having yelled, shouted, cried and ran off into the dark .. you've dealt with some inner-demons. Shrug them off, pick yourself up, look the world in the face - and smile!
As someone else said here earlier, you just have to remember "this too shall pass". It sometimes takes a while, but it always does.
And if I can ever be of help .. a stranger's voice at the end of the phone, you have my number and my nicknames for chat! :)
Now can't see I've ever been called that before!! hehe
And yes, time difference is a killer. I've gone onto Daylight Savings Time too now, so I think that makes it even weirder to work out. Will google up your location and try and work out who's doing what times now, and see if we can manage to coordinate! :)
