Squats Almighty!  Yesterday was most definitely Squat Day.

Squats: 155 lbs, 5x5
More Squats: 155 lbs, 3x3
Cardio: 20 min on the elliptical at "70+" intensity...whatever that means.

Didn't do the Deficit DLs because time was limited and felt the need to get the cardio in...because it'd been slacking in that area. Also, kept the squats "light" because they were hella hard, even at this weight.  I blame the almost two week break and questionable sleep and eating habits.  Or something.

In other news I appear to be down to ~20% body fat.  Weight is close enough to the same to not consider it lost or gained.
