Tonight's workout kicked my butt. In a very good way. :-)
Squats: 155 lbs, 4x3 (this is where I was before The Sick, so squee!)
Deficit Deadlifts: 80 kg (~176 lbs), 5x5
The gym was packed. Yet not a single person gave me any grief for "wasting" a squat cage or the Oly platform. I guess that's what happens when you stop lifting the "pink weights." :-)
Now I'm off to stretch..... The hipflexors: they are a-screamin'.
In completely unrelated news, I get to go back up to the lab tonight at midnight to start something incubating for tomorrow. :-P Of course I'm starting it at midnight so I don't have to be in until noon tomorrow...but still. :-P Such is grad school.
One more, completely unrelated item: Zotero is so incredibly awesome. If you're on a mac, with firefox, it's a god-send. Die EndNote! Die!
