Dude not cool man. You didn't tell me you were posting things. what would have happened if i hadn't decided to wake up early today and look through my friend's page huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh? right, so anyway i'll bother you about that later.

In this case, what Donghae deluded himself to believe was that two men could fall in love and live a happy life together. What he failed to remember about playing pretend is that it almost always leads to heartbreak



I read that and at first it was sad, but not too sad but then you went and added the lyrics and Well, they can be inviting / But some are altogether / Mighty frightening / As we die, both you and I / With my head in my hands I sit and cry made it completely depressing and I actually felt bad for Donghae. I never feel bad for Donghae. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY BRAIN D:

he wants to turn around and punch Eunhyuk in the face and keep punching him until he stops being this weird, awkward grown up and turns back into his best friend.
This is my favorite line in the fic because it sums up everything you've been writing and it feels real. I keep saying that but it is, like you could actually see this happening because they are friends and they are also adults and blah it is just the best line to sum up what donghae is feeling and at the same time say who they are. I JUST LIKE IT OKAY

that one moment of hesitation, the brief look of doubt that flashes over Eunhyuk’s features tells him all he needs to know.
I think this was the line that did it for me. It said everything and I still didn't want to punch Eunhyuk or Donghae in the face. It's a miracle. a sad miracle :(

I like your Donghae and Eunhyuk. Remember how I always make fun of Donghae when we talk, yeah, well, i like your Donghae and I don't want to make fun of him. I kind of want to bake him cookies and comfort him and this was so slice of life it made my heart sad :( But i like it because it's not the kind of sad where you want to be mad at Eunhyuk, it's just sad and part of life and that's refreshing to read.
